Elite Development

The highest level in rowing is populated worldwide by extraordinary athletes. Development to this level requires years of dedication, allied with the best coaching. Mosman provides this standard of attention to appropriate athletes identified by our coaching team. Our success in this regard has been proven over the long term. At the Beijing Olympics for example, Mosman boated five athletes. If an athlete has the ability and the commitment, then Mosman guarantees the right environment for success.

At this elite level, squads are divided into men’s and women’s, with allocated coaches.

In exceptional cases, the club may subsidise membership fees.
